[交流] Angew审稿两正一负，要申诉否？

四月二号投稿一篇Angew，隔了一天编辑回复说缩短20%篇幅，七号重投后under review，五月二号收到意见，两正一负，其中负面评价的审稿人只有几行字，说新意不够，关键是看起来他没有仔细读文章，提的意见是错的，我们准备申诉，各位虫友帮忙看一下出出主意。

后来我们决定申诉，花了两周补实验数据，发信给编辑，编辑回复任何人都有申诉的权利，建议以new submission的形式投稿，等了35天收到接收的邮件。谢谢各位！
