Thank you for your contribution to Second International Symposium on Electronic Commerce and Security (ISECS 2009) and 2009'International Symposium on Web Information Systems and Applications(WISA 2009). We already received 1051 submissions (ISECS 2009 system submissions: 627, Special Issue on: Recent Advances in Electronic Commerce and Security system submissions: 207, WISA 2009 system submissions: 145, Email submissions: 72). 80 accepted papers will be published by the special issues on Journal of Communications(EI Compendex,ISSN:1796-2021),Journal of Computers(EI Compendex,ISSN:1796-203X),Journal of software(EI Compendex,ISSN:1796-217X),Journal of Networks(EI Compendex,ISSN:1796-2056),Journal of Multimedia(EI Compendex,ISSN:11796-2048) about May 2009 and June 2009.This limited number of high-quality papers of ISECS'2009 & WISA'2009.
