关于小尺寸金纳米棒(sAuNRs)的制备 已有2人参与

想请教各位虫友关于小尺寸金纳米棒（sAuNRs）合成的问题。 我目前在制备sAuNRs，使用的方法为2016年发表在Biomaterials上的one-pot-seedless method。 在制备过程中，加入油酸钠（NaOL）后，溶液会由橙黄色逐渐变为无色，请问这是什么原因？是与氯金酸反应了吗？谢谢各位虫友。 附文献中的步骤：The sAuNRs were synthesized by a one-pot seedless technique.1 mL of 5 mM HAuCl4, 5 mL of 0.2 M CTAB, and 4.5 mL of ultrapure water were mixed in a 50 mL glass beaker and then 500 mL of 0.1M NaOL and 250 mL of 4mM AgNO3 were added undergentle stirring. Afterwards, 8 mL of concentrated HCl (36%-38%) were injected, followed by addition of 56 mL of 0.1 M ascorbic acidunder slight swirling until the solution changed from dark orange to colorless. 15 mL of freshly prepared ice-cold 10 mM of NaBH4were added rapidly. The solution was gently mixed for 10 s and left undisturbed for 3 h in an incubator at 35 C. The nanorod solutionwas centrifuged at 16,000 rpm for 15 min to stop the reaction. 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

嗯嗯，谢谢您的回复。 但是文献步骤中后续提到“?followed by addition of 56 mL of 0.1 M ascorbic acidunder slight swirling until the solution changed from dark orange to colorless”。 应该是使用抗坏血酸还原三价金为一价金，而产生颜色变化。 加入油酸钠后变色，实验现象与文献描述不符合。 希望您能不吝赐教。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
