最近看到文献中有这么一段： Three-dimensional topological insulators are a new state of quantum matter with a bulk gap and odd number of relativistic Dirac fermions on the surface. By investigating the surface state of Bi2Te3 with angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy, we demonstrate that the surface state consists of a single nondegenerate Dirac cone. Furthermore, with appropriate hole doping, the Fermi level can be tuned to intersect交叉点 only the surface states, indicating a full energy gap for the bulk states. 其中，最后一句话不太理解。“而且，采用适当的空穴掺杂，费米能级可以正好调到表面态的交叉点，表明对块体而言是一个全能隙。”？？？不知道这个翻译对不对？ 希望各位指点一二。 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
