| Where are different electron structure between Eu2+ to Eu3+ exists: the Eu2+ ion has a paramagnetic property (4f7, S = 7/2, L = 0, J = 7/2), while the Eu3+ ion does not have it (4f6, S = 3, L = 3, J = 0) [1-2]. Since ESR can be seen that whether there exist or concentrate Eu2+ paramagnetic ions, so that ESR spectra was used to observe the Eu2+ ion concentration of before and after heat treated process. As shown in Figure S2, the ESR spectra shows that Eu2+ concentration increases due to reduction effect by remanentd low valance of Al elements during heat treated at air atmosphere. It has proved that Eu2+ PL intensity enhanced with heating caused by volume concentration of Eu2+ increased in glass phase. |
