Open Access问题求助

Springer旗下期刊，论文已经接收了，publication阶段时，错点了Open Access。不想花钱OA。发邮件给编辑让解释原因。求助如何回复 ? Thank you for providing the doi number of your article. ? In general, a subsequent Open Choice cancellation is not anymore possible at this stage. ?
