如题，今年想去夏瑞蒂念博士，已经与导师联系上，跟导师说想先今年自费过去，明年开始有奖学金（其实就是拿CSC），但是导师不同意自费过去，他又不乐意从项目里出钱，这该怎么办呢？我是不是得跟他解释下我得在学校注册了才可能有奖学金拿。而且今年过去是因为我想早点毕业…………下面是导师的回信。希望能得到大家的帮助，谢谢！
I?m afraid that it won?t be possible to work here at Charité "at your own expense".........in principle, you can come here either with the support by a scholarship or you have to have a regular appointment (however, the latter will not be possible)........so if you decided to come to Berlin, this would rather be at the beginning of 2019........and of course we would have to define a project and do all the regulatory stuff in advance.............in order to start a medical thesis work here at Charité, your state examination in China will have to be accepted here in Germany as equivalent.......
