The project focuses on determining the role of ILC2s in protection against viral and bacterial infections within the respiratory tract, including synergistic influenza virus and bacterial co-infections. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Immunology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, or a related field, and have no more than five years of relevant postdoctoral experience. The position includes a competitive salary and full benefits with ample opportunity for research collaborations within the Department as well as neighboring institutions. Albany Medical College is located in a mid-sized city within the upstate New York Capital Region and has easy access to Boston, New York City, and the Adirondack Mountains.
