| 以中国春-Synthetic 6x 21个染色体代换系及其亲本为材料,田间试验,设置低磷和正常施磷(对照)两个处理,随机区组设计,6个小区三次重复,于成熟期在各小区选取对照和低磷处理下长势均匀的10株小麦,取每株主茎测其单穗粒数、穗粒重、千粒重产量性状,对其耐低磷胁迫特性进行染色体定位。结果表明:低磷处理下,各代换系单穗粒重与中国春相比均无显著差异, Synthetic 6x的7D、B基因组、6A、7A染色体上可能携有促进相对单穗粒重增加的相关基因;5 B、5 A、6 A染色体上可能携有促进千粒重增加的有关基因,3D、2B染色体上可能携有抑制千粒重增加的有关基因,5D、7D、3B、5B、6B、7B、2A代换系相对千粒重显著或极显著高于中国春;2D 、4D 、5D 、4 B、5 B、7 B、1 A、2 A、3 A、4 A染色体上可能携有抑制单穗粒数增加的有关基因,2D、7D、1B、3B、6A、7A染色体上携有促进相对单穗粒数增加的相关基因。综上我们得出结论为:Synthetic 6x的7D、3B染色体上可能携有与耐低磷胁迫特性有关的基因,此结果可以为小麦的遗传育种提供理论依据。 |

The results showed that: under low phosphorus treatment, the substitution line of single-kernel weight compared with Chinese Spring was no significant difference, Synthetic 6x's 7D, B genome, 6A, 7A chromosome probably carrying on the promotion of the relative increase in single grain weight related genes; 5 B, 5 A, 6 A chromosome carrying on possible increase in the promotion of weight-related gene, 3D, 2B chromosomes probably carry weight has inhibited the increase in the gene, 5D, 7D, 3B, 5B, 6B, 7B, substitution lines 2A relative weight significantly or very significantly higher than Chinese Spring; 2D, 4D, 5D, 4 B, 5 B, 7 B, 1 A, 2 A, 3 A, 4 A chromosomes probably carry on a single grain has inhibited increase in the number of relevant genes, 2D, 7D, 1B, 3B, 6A, 7A chromosome carrying on the promotion of the relative increase in the number of single-grain-related genes. Fully up for our conclusion: Synthetic 6x's 7D, 3B chromosomes probably carry on with the characteristics of tolerance to low phosphorus stress-related genes, the results can be for wheat genetics and breeding and provide a theoretical basis. |
