workbench15.0与ANSYS EM15集成问题

小女将workbench15.0与maxwell2014（ANSYS em15）集成到了一起，之后可以在workbench 的analysis systems中看到maxwell2d和 maxwell3d模块。可是在却没办法在里面打开，有没有大神能帮忙解决一下。 ps：通过快捷方式是可以直接打开maxwell3d软件的。 错误提示：1、Unable to read desktop connection parameters from file. Desktop killed.
