【摘要】 目的 通过开展健康管理，改变不良的行为生活方式，提高员工的健康保健意识，降低慢性病的发病率。 方法 对参与体检的职工健康状况进行分析，采取综合措施进行健康管理干预，并对干预效果进行评价。 结果 干预后，职工的生活方式疾病知识知晓率、主要行为危险因素控制率、保健行为形成率均有了不同程度的提高；近三年主要慢性病的发病率呈下降趋势。 结论 开展健康管理，将起到控制慢性病，改善职工健康状况的作用。 【关键词】健康管理 慢性病 效果评价 |

【Abstract】 Objectives: change undesirable behavior, lifestyle and improve the health awareness of the employees and also reduce the incidence of chronic diseases by helding the health management. Methods: analyze the health status of medical staff and adopt comprehensive measures to intervent the health management, and offer the evaluation of the intervention effectiveness. Results: after the intervention, the rate of the staff knowing about the lifestyle diseases, and the control rate of behavioral risk factors and the formation rate of health behavior all have varying degrees' improvement; the morbidity of major chronic diseases decline in the past three years. Conclusions: health management will play the roll of controlling the chronic diseases and improve the health status of the staff. 【Key Words】 health management, chronic diseases,the effective evaluation |

abstract Purpose Improving the health awareness of the employees and reducing the incidence of chronic diseases via the developing the health management and changing the bad behavior of life. Method Analysing the health status of workers involved in the Medical examinations , taking comprehensive measures to carry out health management interventions, and evaluating of the intervention effectiveness. Result , Staff‘s knowledge about the lifestyle diseases, mainly to control the rate of behavioral risk factors, health behavior formation rate have varying degrees of improve after the intervention and the incidence of major chronic diseases decline in the past three years .
