I do recommend it be published, but believe it is more suited for a more specialized journal. 刚开始看到拒稿信没在意，后来又发了一封，然后我登进系统发现状态不是rejected，是transfer window open， 请问这种状态下，我是要自己在他们发我的链接里面筛选个杂志转投，还是点同意之后编辑帮我转投（在我目前不知道什么期刊的情况下） 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
