通过采用针电极、线电极和板电极在不同的电压下对豆腐进行了干燥速度对比实验,同时进行了针电极下豆腐加玻璃罩与不加罩的干燥速度对比实验. drying experiment using a needle electrode, a wire electrode and a plate electrode have been evaluated respectively in this study. Tofu contained in the petri dish were put in high voltage electrosatics field formed by a needle electrode, a wire electrode and a plate electrode respectively, by changing the voltage, the factors related to the drying rate are quantitatively studied. At the same time, the experiment of Tofu with and without glass enclosures was compared. |
