This Conference sponsored by Northeast Petroleum University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, RCES & AUIT in China. The aim of MEP 2018 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in materials science, energy technology, power engineering. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. All full paper submissions to the MEP 2018 must be written in English, and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. 会议二：Welcome to 2018 International Workshop on Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences (BBBS 2018). BBBS 2018 will be held on April 14-15, 2018 in Hangzhou, China. The aim of BBBS 2018 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. 会议三：2018 International Conference on Management and Education, Humanities and Social Sciences (MEHSS 2018) will be held in Hangzhou, China during April 14-15, 2018. The aim of the conference is to provide an interactive platform for the academicians, R & D organizations, industries, innovators, entrepreneurs, government agencies and policy-makers etc., from both China and abroad to exchange ideas on recent researches and advances in the domain of management and education, humanities and social sciences with its prospective application in the various interdisciplinary domains of engineering. This two-day conference is being organized in technical association with Asian Union of Information Technology and will include invited keynote talks and oral paper presentations from both academia and industry to ignite our young minds, to initiate them in the field of meaningful research and thereby enrich their existing knowledge. 会议四：2018 International Conference on Network, Communication, Computer Engineering (NCCE 2018) will be held in Chongqing, China during May 26-27, 2018. The aim of the conference is to provide an interactive platform for the academicians, R & D organizations, industries, innovators, entrepreneurs, government agencies and policy-makers etc., from both China and abroad to exchange ideas on recent researches and advances in the domain of network, communication, computer with its prospective application in the various interdisciplinary domains of engineering. This three day conference is being organized in technical association with Asian Union of Information Technology and will include invited keynote talks and oral paper presentations from both academia and industry to ignite our young minds, to initiate them in the field of meaningful research and thereby enrich their existing knowledge. 会议五：Dear Colleagues, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate in 2018 the 2nd International Conference on Sports, Arts, Education and Management Engineering (SAEME 2018) which will be held from June 29 to 30, 2018 in Taiyuan, China. The aim of SAEME 2018 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in Power Sports, Arts, Education and Management Engineering.
