Mission Manager the daily operation of one skin model team, and ensure standardization with high quality and on-time delivery. Key Job Accountabilities • Take overall responsibility of team activities, develop and manage team, direct and supervise daily operation and clean room activities • Actively carry out technical innovation and process optimization • Trouble shooting technical and process problems and implement solutions to resolve problems • Carry on data analysis, summary, and internal communication including presentations and reports • Coordinate the technical transfer and build up capacity for implementing • Actively involved in daily bench work Skills and Requirements • Highly self-motivated, result and detail oriented person with mature interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit, analytical and innovative thinking. • Ph.D. or equivalent degree in life science, biotechnology or bio-engineering with solid fundamental research training, having at least 2-3 years proven-track experience in academic or bio-pharmaceutical industry, with training related to skin biology research and tissue engineering is preferred. • Be proficient on cell biology and tissue engineering, with proven track record of strong hands-on bench skills. • Experience in laboratory and clean room management is a must. • Strong skills in problem solving and process optimization. • Knowledge of project management processes. • Experienced in people skills and team management. • Multi-tasking - Capacity to manage several activities in parallel with respect to established schedules and deliverables. • Good writing and speaking English skills, good presentation skills and communication skills.
