ICICTA 2009 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of intelligent computation and automation research and applications in diverse fields. The conference will feature plenary speeches given by renowned scholars and regular sessions with broad coverage. All accepted papers will appear in conference proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society and will be indexed both EI (Compendex) and ISTP. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The submission process is carried through ICICTA09 conference management system.
