关于XPS数据分析 已有1人参与

我的是SrTiO3基陶瓷块体材料，掺杂之后认为里面存在Ti3+和Ti4+两种Ti的价态，通过和纯SrTiO3的Ti4+峰进行对比，发现随着掺杂含量的增加，峰值往低角度偏移，因此认为存在Ti3+。现在审稿人不认同，让我分别计算一个峰拟合和两个峰拟合R^2值的差别，证明应该是存在两种价态的Ti。可是这个R^2是什么意思啊？又该怎么计算啊？急！！！ However, they provide no information about the difference in fitting errors between using a single peak and using two peaks. My eyes indicate that it is pretty close to being the same. I think the confidence limits in the peaks fittings is not much different either way. If the observed peak can be fit with the same R^2 value for a single peak, as compared to two peaks, then it is bad experimental interpretation to conjecture two peaks based on the evidence. |

你应该听过 最小二乘法拟合吧？原理就是基于R^2最小。这个R^2是指 拟合结果与原始数据的 差的平方和 最小，即 sum{[f(x)-y]^2} 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
