分子诊断研发-知名外企招聘（江苏）

岗位职责： 1. 根据PACE流程和相关技术文档，负责分子诊断试剂盒的开发； Be in charge of the development work of the molecular diagnostic kits following PACE process and write technical documents. 2. 在研发过程中提供技术问题的解决方案； Provide solutions to technical problems during the development. 3. 分析实验数据、撰写报告并且准备业务陈述； Analyze data from experiments, write reports, and prepare presentations. 4. 参与新技术新平台的评估和执行； Participate in new technologies and platforms assessment and implementation. 5. 执行高级产品工程师及经理分配的任务。 Execute the tasks assigned by senior product engineers and managers. 任职资格： 1. 分子生物类相关专业，硕士及以上学历 Majored in molecular biology or relevant, master degree or above. 三年以上体外诊断或生命科学研究相关经验，扎实的分子生物学知识； ＞3 years working experience in IVD industrial R&D or life sience researching post, deep knowledge in molecular biology . 2. 熟悉分子检测酶学，荧光定量PCR，多重检测（液体阵列、微阵列）和其他分子类技术； Familiar with molecular assay enzymes, real-time PCR, multiplexed detection assay (Liquid-array, micro-array) and other molecular tehcnologies. 3. 具备下代测序经验为佳； Next generation sequencing experience is a plus. 4. 了解CFDA注册程序。 Familiar with the CFDA’s registration procedure . 5. 工作主动性高，有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。 Activity to work, has good skills in communication and team cooperation. 6. 工作有条理，逻辑思维强，注重细节。 Organization skills, logic thinking, pay attention to details.
