************************************************************* * CALL FOR PANEL PROPOSALS * * ChinaCom 2009, Xi'an, China, August 26-28, 2009 * * http://www.chinacom.org * ************************************************************* Sponsored by ICST, technically sponsored by CREATE-NET OVERVIEW Since its inauguration conference in 2006, CHINACOM has undergone a great success and comes to the forth of its series, i.e., CHINACOM'09 that will be held in Xi'an, China, one of the ancient capitals in China, on Aug. 26-28 2009. The aim of CHINACOM is to bring together International and Chinese researchers and practitioners in networking and communications to exchange their experiences in communications and networking research. CHINACOM, technically sponsored by IEEE MTT's, is being positioned as the premier international annual conference for the presentation of original and state-of-the-art research works in the field of communications, networks, and Internet applications. WHAT TO SUBMIT We cordially welcome panel proposals on emerging topics in the area of communications and networking. A proposal should focus on a specific topic related to communications and networking, and should include the following information: - Panel's topic - Panel organizer's name, affiliation, and contact information - Panelists' names, affiliation, and contact information - A one-page abstract including a brief list of issues to be addressed SUBMISSION Please send panel proposals in PDF format via email attachment by June 15, 2009 to the panel chair, Dr. Kuang-Hao (Stanley) Liu: khliu@mail.ncku.edu.tw.
