关于 CEJ decision letter 求指导！！

最近投了一篇CEJ的文章，遭到拒稿，然后编辑说修改后重新提交，但是具体的意见有些疑惑，不知道具体怎么修改，所以decision letter 求指导。 Thanks for submitting your manuscript to Chemical Engineering Journal. However it still does not meet the journal's desired standard. We regret to inform you that we cannot admit the manuscript into the formal peer review process. Please address the following and resubmit: 1) Enhance the editorial quality. 2) Enhance the technical content. For example, we would like to see more studies on details on the mechanism and effect of solution/water parameters and reaction intermediates to make this manuscript of a better fit with the environmental chemical engineering section and also study kinetics in real water samples. 3) You describe rates wrongly. In some of the graphs what you present is % removal not degradation Rates. Please refer to standard chemical engineering books to get information of correct representations of rates. You can check also other articles published in CEJ or other journals that describe such conce 谢谢！！ |
