矿渣微晶玻璃是一种清洁高效利用工业固废制备的材料,但其绝大多数含重金属,如何减少重金属的浸出,实现其广泛的工业化应用,成为一个迫切需要解决的科学和社会问题。本项目拟利用当地不锈钢渣和其它工业固废为主要原料,采用多种加热方式制备适合恶劣工业条件下使用的工业结构材料。通过对比不同原料配方、多种加热方式和热处理制度等因素对矿渣微晶玻璃微观结构的影响,采用X射线荧光光谱、原位变温紫外拉曼光谱、拉曼光谱成像、原位变温XRD和原子力显微镜-拉曼光谱等多谱学相结合的方法,明确重金属的固化机理,建立矿渣微晶玻璃成分-结构-性能的关联模型,为进一步工业化生产提供重金属固化的技术路线和方法。 英文:Slag glass-ceramic is a kind of clean and efficient materials made from industrial solid waste, but most of them contain heavy metals. How to reduce the leaching of heavy metals and achieve their widespread industrial application has become an urgent scientific and social problem. In this project, raw materials are the local stainless steel slag and other industrial solid waste and use a variety of heating methods for the preparation of industrial structural materials used under harsh industrial conditions. The influence of different raw material formula, heating method and heat treatment system on microstructure of slag glass-ceramics was compared. X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, UV-Raman spectroscopy in situ, Raman spectroscopy imaging, in situ temperature change XRD and atomic force microscopy- Raman spectroscopy and other multi-spectral combination of methods were used to determine the mechanism of heavy metal solidification. Finally, the associated model of slag glass-ceramic composition-structure-property was established, for further industrial production providing technical route and method of solidified heavy metal. |

To solve this social problem that how to reduce the leaching of heavy metals and achieve their widespread industrial application has become increasingly urgent. In this project, primary materials including local stainless-steel slag and other industrial solid waste and a variety of heating methods are used for the preparation of industrial structural materials that people can use them under harsh industrial conditions. A combination of methods is used to compare the effects of different primary materials, heating methods and heat treatment systems on the microstructure of slag glass-ceramics. These methods include X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, UV-Raman spectroscopy in situ, Raman spectroscopy imaging, in situ temperature change XRD and atomic force microscopy-Raman spectroscopy and other multi-spectral. In this way, it determines the mechanism of heavy metal solidification and establishes the associated model of slag glass-ceramic composition-structure-property, to provide technical route and method of solidified heavy metal for further industrial production. |
