审稿困惑啦~

| 第一次为国内某EI期刊审稿，期限15天，但之前编辑明确表示迟点也没关系。因为最近真的事赶事，在今天第20天才审完，进入系统打算提交意见的时候竟然发现待审稿件消失了，刚看到邮箱里有封三天前的说稿件已被处理的邮件。有点懵，请问各位前辈们，审稿人意见不上传稿件就可以被处理吗？这种情况很常见吗，是不是我太大惊小怪了~~ |
