cpmd metadynamic tutorial day4中的SI54不能完成

请计算过的老师、同学指导一下: 最近我重复cpmd metadynamic tutorial day4中的SI54,META_CELL里面的inp2文件(如下输入文件1)不能计算,我的计算步骤为: 1. 先将下面输入文件里面&CPMD部分修改,执行波函数优化(MAXSTEP 200,去掉METASTEPNUM部分); 2. 然后进行分子动力学模拟(&CPMD 部分设置为 MOLECULAR DYNAMICS RESTART WAVEFUNCTIONS COORDINATES CELL LATEST MAXSTEP=2000,去掉METASTEPNUM部分); 3. 上一步分子动力学跑完后,将&CPMD 部分重新设置(MOLECULAR DYNAMICS RESTART WAVEFUNCTIONS COORDINATES ACCUMULATORS VELOCITIES CELL LATEST QUENCH BO PARRINELLO-RAHMAN, MAXSTEP 60000), 并加入METASTEPNUM部分,结果发现分子动力学跑完一部分后停止了,说“LATEST文件读入错误”。 我想问一下,我这个计算步骤是不是有问题?烦请指导一下。 我发现第三步,如果不加入METASTEPNUM部分,分子动力学一直会计算,可是加入了METASTEPNUM部分后,只计算一会就报错。是不是第2步的MAXSTEP和第三步的MAXSTEP需要相同?都要设置为60000? #输入文件1 #### &CPMD MOLECULAR DYNAMICS RESTART WAVEFUNCTIONS COORDINATES ACCUMULATORS VELOCITIES CELL LATEST QUENCH BO PARRINELLO-RAHMAN TEMPERATURE IONS 300.
