More information can be found at the conference website: http://www.gamenets.org/ ************************************************************** ***** GameNets 2009 ***** International Conference on Game Theory for Networks Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey May 13-15, 2009 http://www.gamenets.org/ ************************************************************** The goal of GameNets 2009 is to bring together researchers who employ game theory to model and analyze networks such as communication networks, computer networks, social networks, biological networks, molecular networks, and neural networks. The Conference will be held on the campus of Bogazici University, in Istanbul, Turkey, on 13-15 May 2009, and will highlight synergies between various related research areas and encourage discussions regarding the benefits and limitations of game theory as a performance assessment and design tool for networks. Both the application of game theory to networking problems and the development of new game-theoretic methodologies that can be applied in that context will be covered in close to 100 papers that will be presented in the three-day conference. Three plenary talks will be delivered by Robert Aumann, Chris Cannings, and Sanjeev Goyal. The deadline for early registration and hotel reservation (special room rates) is March 31st, 2009.
