Last modified时间不停的变是怎么回事啊？？

去年投了一篇4区的文章，只有2个审稿人，意见都是比较正面的。其中一个审稿人的回复基本没问题，另一个的回复是：I agree basically with the author of this manuscript. But, the author is a novice in English scientific and technical writing. So many English langue errors in this manuscript that I am not able to correct one by one, and the English needs substantial polishing of a native English speaker. Some figures citation in manuscript are also not standard. Please see the specific problems in manuscript. And please check the standard of tables in manuscript.。 编辑给我的信里有这么一段：The period for this review is 30 days. After this time, the article can be archived if we have not received the enhanced version. 我按照要求回复之后，一直在关注文章的动态，其中18年2月5、18、25号状态都有所改变。如今时间又变了，现在Last modified时间是3月2号！请问这是什么原因啊？我这篇文章不会悬了吧！？ 我对我这篇文章十分的担心，想请分析分析，因为这篇文章对我十分的重要。 |
