为什么都外审快2个月了，我催稿问情况，回信却说我没有全部提交 已有2人参与

过程 12月7号提交的文章，BMC plant biology，1月12日状态显示送外审，一同送审的还有同一个实验室的一篇相似的文章。2月21日，她的状态时间变了，我的还没有动，文章送外审快两个月的时间，于是昨天3月1日，8天后，我发了催稿信问了，今天邮件里却这么说 信件原文 Subject: Incomplete Submission for BMC Plant Biology Dear Mr Li, I notice that you have attempted to submit a manuscript entitled "Genome-wide analysis of cotton GH3 subfamily Ⅱ revealed their functional divergence in fiber development, hormone response and plant architecture" through the Editorial Manager site for our journal BMC Plant Biology. The status of this manuscript is recorded as 'incomplete', which unfortunately means that not all the steps necessary to complete the submission process have been taken. Should you still wish to submit this manuscript, I would be grateful if you could log in to your author menu and complete your submission.
