| 年前投稿RSC Advances，审稿意见有一点不知道该如何回答， The authors should be aware of the difficulties of comparing the energies of the mechanisms of two reactions obtained with severe approximations. On the side of the non-enzymatic hydration/dehydration reaction, the employment implicit solvation models (even with the inclusion of 3 explicit water molecules) might be problematic. But it is even worse in the case of the heme-catalyzed reaction: the lack of the rest of the enzyme will probably affect to the results in a great extents. Therefore, although I consider that the results might still be publishable (mainly because it may inspire future works with more reliable methodologies, such as QM/MM simulations or QM dynamics) the authors should acknowledge these possible problems in the discussion. 急求，急求，急求。我打算在结论部分对文章的不足做一些描述，因为我的计算是根据别人做的一个实验来完成的，针对审稿人说的存在的问题，我也不知道该如何回答，不知道该怎么写。求提示。 |
