The associate editor has the following comments for you: While the paper appears to have reasonable technical material, all three reviewers have considerable reservations about the presentation of the paper, which makes the technical contributions unclear. 三个审稿人的意见都是major,编辑的意见是While the paper appears to have reasonable technical material, all three reviewers have considerable reservations about the presentation of the paper, which makes the technical contributions unclear. The authors should revise the paper substantially for clarity and resubmit as new. |
