美国阿拉斯加费尔班克斯大学招聘硕士生博士生 The University of Alaska Fairbanks mechanical engineering department is hiring for one Master student or PhD student. The prospective incumbent will join researchers who are active in conducting research in NASA funded project on stress corrosion cracking of nanocomposite coated aluminum alloy, and prepare manuscripts for publication. B.S. or M.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering or in Mechanical engineering, with an experience in corrosion or experimental fracture mechanics is preferred. Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 for the most recent degree. Strong experimental skills and hands-on experience with electron microscopy (e.g., TEM, SEM), X-ray diffraction and nanomaterials synthesis are preferred but not required. Good verbal and written communication skills.
