So hard to keep cool when one's hungry or tired... don't talk business at dinner but always make sure both of you are well fed and well rested before engaging each other

"Talk it out"  is not always the best approach, not when there's no clear solution in sight  What always work though are food and a hot shower to relax the mind and body
