Post-doc Position Available

Post-doc at the Massachussets Institute of Technology (Cambridge, USA) in collaboration with the University of L'Aquila (L'Aquila, Italy) and SISSA (Trieste, Italy). A post-doctoral fellowship ( renewable every year, up to 3 years) is available in the research field of: "Quantum Monte Carlo calculations of free radicals". The fellowship will be spent both in Italy (about first 18 monts) and in Boston. The focus of research will be centered on electronic structure calculations of free radicals relevant to biological systems, particularly oxygen radicals. Candidate should have a strong background in many body physics or theoretical chemistry, and extensive experience with electronic structure calculations. People involved are Bernhardt Trout in MIT, Leonardo Guidoni in L'Aquila and Sandro Sorella in Trieste.
