关于ASME期刊论文接受后的版权问题已有2人参与

求助大家，已经第4次收到这样的邮件。稿件于1月19号通过“Final Manuscript Approved”，目前处于“Revision Under Review”状态。当时投稿时Journal Tool里面的作者单位信息与论文中有不一致的地方，另外当时Journal Tool里面的title项也理解错了，但现在Journal Tool里面所有作者的信息包括Institution和Title项都更新了，也发邮件告诉编辑了，为什么还没有收到新的待签版本协议，却老是收到编辑发的这个邮件，给这个编辑发邮件问原因他也不回。当时投稿时在线签署过版权协议，我前几天用投稿时收到的版权协议重新做了个手写签名的版权协议发给这个编辑也没回复。真的不知道该怎么办了，烦请有经验的虫子不吝赐教。下面列出邮件内容和投稿状态。 ASME Journal Program: Paper #JERT-17-**; Affiliation Discrepancy (FOURTH REQUEST) Dear Mr. **: (THIS IS THE FOURTH REQUEST) The paper will not be moving forward to production if we do not hear from you. It has been observed that in the paper your affiliation is ** University of Science & technology. In the copyright the affiliation is indicated in the title and there is not affiliation indicated in the tool. You do not need a password to update your profile. Kindly go to the journal tool at https://journaltool.asme.org/home/login.cfm and login with your email address. On top of the bar you will see My Account. Click on this and it will bring you to the profile page. Please fill out your complete contact information. If the required fields of the copyright are incomplete it will render the copyright invalid. On the bottom you will see Update Profile. Click on it and a new form will be created. The copyright link will be reset once you send confirmation to me when this has been done. The paper cannot be published without signed agreements from all authors.
