It seems like your home is a city in north part. I am also facing a decision like you, which is a common dicision most of people would meet, but it is really difficult. Sometimes I would just do not think that much and persuade myself to follow the opportunity or even listen to destiny given by the god.  I was warned that do not go back to a small city espacially in the north, althoght that is your home in which your parents are living there, since a complex relationship, and a depressed economy. As they said, you already noticed your future. But in a super city, as you said, sometimes, it is really helpless when you get a sick without your friends around, you may feel hopeless no matter how hard for your work. Anyway, as long as you do not regret for your dicision, everything will getting better. Good luck!
