摘要:人工引入不同浓度梯度的光合细菌于凡纳滨对虾养殖环境中,监测与养殖环境相关的水质因子(氨氮、亚硝酸氮、化学需氧量)的变化;15天后测定凡纳滨对虾的AKP、POD、PO、SOD、抗菌、溶菌活力;观测不同光合细菌使用浓度下凡纳滨对虾的成活率与体重增长率。研究光合细菌对水质改善和凡纳滨对虾抗病力的影响。结果表明,引入光合细菌能显著降低化学需氧量、氨氮含量并抑制亚硝酸盐氮的产生,提高凡纳滨对虾的抗病力。当光合细菌投放浓度为3×103cfu/ml时,水体中化学需氧量、氨态氮、亚硝酸盐氮含量的均值分别比对照组降低了31.59%、43.42%、52.20%,差异显著(P<0.05);对虾的AKP、POD、PO、SOD、抗菌、溶菌活力分别比照组提高了31.92%、72.29%、55.56%、31.61%、39.07%、69.51%,差异显著(P<0.05);成活率, 体重增长率分别比对照组提高了18.67%、34.03%,差异显著(P<0.05)。 Abstract: Different concentrations of Photosynthetic Bacteria were introduced into culture water of Litopenaeus vannamei.In the course of experiment, nitrite nitrogen, ammonia and COD were measured.15days after the introduction of Photosynthetic Bacteria, the survival rate, the raise rate of the weight and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),Phenoloxidase (POD),Phenoloxidase(PO), superoxide dismutase(SOD),the activity of anti-bacteria and bacteriolysis were measured. The comparative test results between treatment and control groups showed that the introduction of Photosynthetic Bacteria in appropriate density (3×103cfu/ml) could significantly (P<0.05) improve the water quality and anti-disease ability of Litopenaeus vannamei: the average of the concentration of NH3-N,NO2-N and COD of the treated groups decrease with the percentage of 43.42%, 52.20% and 31.59%, respectively; the survival rate and the raise rate of weight of the treatment groups were increased by18.67%,34.03%; and the activity of anti-bacterial enzyme, bacteriolysis , AKP, PO, POD and SOD of Litopenaeus vannamei were improved39.07%,69.51%,31.92%,55.56%,72.29% and 31.61%, respectively. 人家说我翻译得太中文化了,麻烦高手帮忙翻译个不中文化的。谢谢!!! |
