[交流] 编辑现在这么负责了？

2017年12月18号投的MSEA，21号收到reject and resubmit意见，如下：
The English of your paper is far below the standard we expect. Your paper contains numerous grammatical mistakes and ill constructed sentences. I would welcome a resubmission but I want to be clear that any such revision will require the help of a materials scientist for whom English is the native language or the help of a professional language service specialized in materials science texts.

Furthermore, please note MSEA is dedicated to comprehensive in-depth treatments of microstructure-property relationships with substantial impact on our conceptual understanding. In order to be able to consider your paper further, please drastically strenghten the depth of the discussion of strength properties of the material and their relation to microstructure. The scientific content of the current manuscript does not merit to publish your work as a scientific paper.

Finally, typesetting of mathematical quantities must be corrected. Variables must be typeset in italics font, sub- and superscripts other than tensorial (counting) indices and mathematical operators must be typeset in upright font.
1语言不行，需要润色；2深化讨论；3公式的正斜体不对。
文章在投之前已经经过了专门的润色，花了800大洋.讨论部分我又加了张图，修改了一个月，觉得还是有很大的提高的。3公式修改了一下，按照guid for author。1月24号返回修改稿，25号收到mandatory revision recommendation.
I studied your revised work and compared it carefully with the initial version. While I agree with the modifications made concerning the scientific content, typesetting of mathematical expressions is not at all satisfying. You may recall that I asked that variables should be typeset in italics font, sub- and superscripts other than tensorial (counting) indices and mathematical operators must be typeset in upright font.

Furthermore, I am quite disappointed that you did not follow my advise to have your work corrected by a professional language service. The English was not improved at all - many of the sentences altered in the current version are still in bad condition.

If you want your paper to be considered further, then you must have the English corrected by a professional language service (and not some colleague!) and carefully redo the list of queries of the reviewer and make the appropriate changes throughout the manuscript. Please, note that this is the last opportunity to improve your work!
哇，这个就很难受了，措辞相当的严厉了。1对数学公式的表达一点都不满意；2我非常失望，你没有按照我的建议去找专业的润色机构，英语表达没有一点提高；如果你想让我进一步考虑的话，那你必须去润色！并且仔细重做对审稿人疑问的清单，并做合适的修改。请注意，这是你最后一次提高文章质量的机会。
（马飞，我很难受啊）虽然说编辑处理了可以省去很多under review的时间，但是这个也太苛刻了吧。在我的印象里，这些不都是审稿人提的吗？难道因为编辑是德国人？没办法，昨天投到shinewrite重新润色了。至于这个公式问题，我现在也没搞懂，我明明已经改了啊，他怎么说我没改呢？估计现在这个编辑对我也没啥好印象了。大家有没有碰到这种情况呢？
