初次投稿经历大修-小修-小修被拒，我该转投还是重投，求各位指点 已有4人参与

Based on the comments and recommendations received from the reviewers and on my review of your manuscript, I regret to inform you that we are not in a position to accept your manuscript for publication in XX in its current form. However, I feel that the paper contains information of potential interest to readers of XX. Therefore, I wish to invite you to submit a new manuscript on this topic.
