初次投稿经历大修-小修-小修被拒，我该转投还是重投，求各位指点 已有4人参与

Dear XX, The above referenced manuscript was recently submitted to XX with a view to publication and was sent for peer review. Based on the comments and recommendations received from the reviewers and on my review of your manuscript, I regret to inform you that we are not in a position to accept your manuscript for publication in XX in its current form. However, I feel that the paper contains information of potential interest to readers of XX. Therefore, I wish to invite you to submit a new manuscript on this topic. If you elect to submit a new manuscript, then should must (1) list the original manuscript in the cover letter, (2) include a point by point response to the reviewer's comments, and (3) submit the revised manuscript within 6 months of the date of this letter. It should be that the paper will not be considered as a revised version but as a new manuscript, and would once again be forwarded to the peer-review process.
