求助投稿时期刊的一小段要求看不太懂，麻烦帮忙翻译一下，多谢！！

这一小段，看的有点模糊： Manuscripts must be written in English, double line spaced and should be submitted in any electronic form (diskette, CD or e-mail) including first quality figures. Authors are requested to submit the text (see below) and the figures and tables inserted in the place they deem they might go. Captions to figures must be part of them. The filemust be in DOC format. Submission as an e-mail attachment is acceptable provided that all files are safe (viruses and worms free). |
