招聘基因编辑和单细胞多组学研究方向实验助理、实验员。该职位为进一步在国内外学术界或工业界的深造提供深入的科研训练和机遇。 导师简介：李寅青博士于麻省理工学院获得电子工程与计算机专业硕士(2012)和博士学位(2016)，在博德研究所完成博士后研究(2018)。在博士和博士后期间，与导师张锋博士、Aviv Regev博士和冯国平博士合作，从事基因组学和工程学的交叉领域的研究，特别是单细胞的基因检析、编辑和控制技术的建立。李寅青博士致力于开发和拓展基因组医学技术，以推动复杂疫病如肿瘤的新药靶点发现和精确诊疗。 关于实验室和职位具体介绍： About the Lab In the lab of Dr. Yinqing Li, the overarching goal is to develop cutting-edge technology to understand the determinants of major human diseases, thereby paving the way for better, more targeted therapies for immune-related disorders such as cancer. To this end, our interdisciplinary team pioneers a combination of high-throughput profiling platforms, next-generation genome editing tools, novel model systems, and computational analyses. Recent work has focused on the following specific areas - Single-cell and Systems Biology - Next-generation Gene Editing Technology - Bioinformatics and Machine learning The lab has a highly innovative and collaborative environment and international training access, providing a unique opportunities to learn and grow into the next stage of your career, either in academic or industry.
