Upon inspection of your paper, we noted that you have used HepG2 as a HCC cell line. In fact, this cell line is known to be misidentified – although it was originally thought to be a HCC cell line, it has now been shown to be derived from a hepatoblastoma. Although your paper may still be suitable for publication, it is highly likely that changes will be required by your journal before the paper will be published. Therefore, we would recommend that you reword all mentions of HepG2 as a HCC cell line to indicate that it is instead a hepatoblastoma cell line, and include a reference for this (e.g. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19751877

). You should also revise the title to reflect that the studies represent hepatoblastoma HepG2 cells
