大家不要着急，每一个步骤 环节 我都会介绍，之所以不一起说完，是因为太多， 太长了。 【大修返回】大修回去之后 重新外审，直到2017-11-02 状态变为“decision in process”。 从这天开始，我就非常忐忑，因为对于验证这一块 我没把握 审稿人会不会接受我的说法。 这个过程太漫长，一直到21月4号，还是没有结果，之前一直怕给编辑催急了，我等不住了，直接发邮件询问了学术编辑，12月5号 中午 收到期刊回复，大致如下： Thank you for your message. Please accept our apologies for the delay experienced at this stage in the decision process. There are a few minor internal checks that are performed at this point to ensure that the review process was completed appropriately and that the decision meets our journal requirements. We appreciate that you have notified us of this delay. We will ensure that the manuscript is processed and your decision letter sent shortly. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. 看到这个回复，我搞不懂a few minor internal checks 什么意思，现在回想，其实就是稿件语言、材料之类，不的不说，期刊回复效率很快。 |

【Minor Revision required】2017-12-08 收到期刊回信，让我小修，润色语言： Thank you for submitting your manuscript to PLOS ONE. After careful consideration, we feel that it has merit but does not fully meet PLOS ONE’s publication criteria as it currently stands. Therefore, we invite you to submit a revised version of the manuscript that addresses the points raised during the review process. We noted that the quality of English in this submission does not meet our internal standards for accepted PLOS ONE articles. When you resubmit, a staff editor will assess the language revisions. 不得不承认，我翻译太烂，主要是introduction 添加了3页（A4），没有找人润色看看。 我怀疑 其实 在11月10号左右，学术编辑已经把结果给了期刊社，期刊社因为稿件太大，一直没给我处理，因为这个期刊太多材料需要审核，比如数据、语言之类。在我催了之后，4天不到就收到了结果。 我将稿件重新提交了AJE ，他们负责给我免费重新润色，12月13号 返回给我， 重新上传修改稿件，修改说明就一句话： I have copyedit the manuscript by AJE Experts. |

下面说下关于，这个期刊 data-availability 的问题， 初次投稿的时候，我并没有上传，因为也不懂，到大修的时候，编辑提出来了，让我上传data到平台，我研究了半天，最终认定我的属于“smaller data”,因为我的试验数据工况点比较少。 期刊说明如下： For smaller data sets and certain data types, authors may upload data as supporting information files accompanying the manuscript. (See also additional information regarding appropriate use of supporting information files.) Authors should take care to maximize the accessibility and reusability of the data by selecting a file format from which data can be efficiently extracted (for example, spreadsheets are preferable to PDF when providing tabulated data) 所以我最后把数据都写进了EXCEL里，把EXCEL 上传了。 我有同学直接添加的 网页连接，只要保证你的通过你的途径 可以找到论文支撑数据就可以。 |

忘了说一点，如果PLOS ONE 投稿 超过2个月还是under review ，强烈建议发邮件询问，因为这个过程不代表你的稿件是真的在外审，有可能还在找审稿人，毕竟这个期刊稿件量太大，又是综合期刊，专业太多。 我有早期投稿（5月投稿）的同学，就是一直under review ，9月中旬发邮件询问，期刊就回复仍在寻找审稿人，可以撤稿或者继续寻找，同学直接撤稿，重新投稿别的期刊； 另1同学（6）月投稿，一直under review，中途问过一次，一样的回答，未找到合适的审稿人，选择继续等待，1月10号左右一审意见回来。 所以投稿PLOS ONE 的朋友 一定要慎重，不要盲目等待. |

2017年7月11日，完成初稿，因为内容之前都是中文，准备投稿国内某杂志的，所以草草翻译了下，现在回想起来，真的蹩脚的不行。 次日，收到期刊回复，大致如下： Our editorial staff has assessed your submission, and we have significant concerns about the grammar, usage, and overall readability of the manuscript. We believe that the manuscript is much more likely to be accepted if it is easy for the reviewers to read and understand. We therefore request that you revise the text to fix the grammatical errors and improve the overall readability of the text before we send it for review. We suggest you have a fluent, preferably native, English-language speaker thoroughly copyedit your manuscript for language usage, spelling, and grammar. If you do not know anyone who can do this, you may wish to consider employing a professional scientific editing service. Please note that having the manuscript copyedited by any editing service does not guarantee selection for peer review or acceptance for publication. 就是说我语言太烂，建议AJE 润色，这个是官方说辞. 忘了说，其实我的稿件 在投稿之前，请了一个美国朋友认识的编辑 润色了下，花了RMB900，当时我就觉得润色一般，大多是添加“the”之类。 为了图省事，直接选择了AJE，选择了高级润色，花了RMB2800左右，不得不说，效果很好，而且高级润色 可以重复免费修改，直到满意。 |

大约2个周，7月24号重新投稿，25号收到邮件如下： Thank you for returning your manuscript. This is a notice that your manuscript has been approved by our internal Editors and your submission will now be sent for Academic Editor invitation before being passed to peer review. Regards, Fiona Service PLOS ONE 说明下，这个期刊属于综合性期刊，所以各种各类专业都有，审稿人其实不好找，我在投稿的时候，写了4个左右推荐审稿人，具体忘了，都是我论文相关的，文中也有引用，但是不是大牛类。 大致过了不到一个周，因为具体我忘了，状态变为“ Under review”,接下来，就是无止境的等待！！ |

2017-9-20 收到外审意见：Major revised. 大致意见如下： Thank you for submitting your manuscript to PLOS ONE. After careful consideration, we feel that it has merit but does not fully meet PLOS ONE’s publication criteria as it currently stands. Therefore, we invite you to submit a revised version of the manuscript that addresses the points raised during the review process. Please revise the manuscript according to the reviewers' comments point by pointy. It is emphasized that the literatures review is rough, the authors should carefully review the former related work, and give some comparisons with the previous work to illustrate the advantages of the proposed method. 外审一共2个审稿人，审稿人1 基本肯定我的内容，大修内容基本是审稿人2提出的，核心问题是 introduction 太烂了 ，对比验证不足这两个问题。 对于审稿人意见，我比较认同，初稿我的introduction 的确太烂了，毕竟 只有3个自然段，单倍行距 不到一页A4， 我是直接把中文稿件翻译过来的，中文一般也不需要太多，所以当时也没考虑这个，挺多related work 我也确实基本没写进去。 我用了两个多周吧，仔细进行了大修，国庆后返回去。 |
