有同学在做高功率半导体激光器线宽压缩麽?想交流一下理论仿真问题

如题,对于多单管的半导体激光器,采用外腔加光栅的方法来实现线宽压缩,请问用什么软件去进行理论分析或者光谱分析,甚至是光路分析呢? 请教大家,谢谢! |
