Dear colleagues, The 4th International Symposium on Intelligence Computation and Applications (ISICA 2009) will be held on October 23-25, 2009, in Huangshi, China. ISICA 2009 will present current progress of theories and methodologies in the field of computational intelligence and their applications. The accepted papers will be included in the two volumes of the proceedings, including one volume published in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) by Springer, and the other by China University of Geosciences Press. The last two ISICA proceedings published in LNCS 4683 and LNCS 5370 have been indexed by EI, and/or ISTP, while other ISICA proceedings have been collected by ISTP. To promote the international communication, the conference provides free accommodation for international participants outside china, and also offers limited number of registration fee waivers.
