SCI投稿，审稿人给了意见，请问各位大神，如何作答！！ 1. According to NMR, the polysaccharide fractions were not so pure, because they were difficult for separation. But anyway the structure differences between two fractions should be discussed fully. Further discussion about different structures caused different activities should be given. 2. In your determination of molar mass, there are two deficiencies. First, the presentation of SEC data in terms of elution time is not reproducible, and instead the axis needs to be changed to relative molecular weight to that of your standard. Second, please provide the polydispersity indexs (PDI) of the homogenous polysaccharide fraction. 尤其是第2个问题不太明白啊，保留时间无重现性，一般多糖分子量不都是选这个吗？谢谢！！！ |

因为你的多糖很难提纯，所以SEC就要测相对分子量。以流出时间为横坐标是没有重复性的，所以审稿人让你改成横坐标是分子量的图。另外，要求你给出均相多糖的多分散系数 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
