QE加SOC nosym=true,之后运行失败,但没有错误信息

大家好,我在自己的虚拟机上运行QE,加SOC进行自洽和非自洽运算,最终画出能带有16条(其实是32条,加soc没打开),因为后续要运行wannier90,所以运行 pw2wannier90.x 总是报错,显示K点不正确,nscf和win文件中的K点都是有kmesh.pl产生的,应该没有问题。 Spin CASE ( non-collinear ) Wannier mode is: standalone ----------------- *** Reading nnkp ----------------- Checking info from wannier.nnkp file - Real lattice is ok - Reciprocal lattice is ok Something wrong! numk= 832 iknum= 281 %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% Error in routine pw2wannier90 (832): Wrong number of k-points %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% stopping ... 看QE的user guide,里面有这么一句话: Specify nosym=.true. to avoid generation of additional k-points in low symmetry cases. 感觉可能是这个问题,所以就在system中设置了nosym=true,但是进行自洽运算的时候(pw.x <in> out&),自己就停了,输出文件中没有报错,仅仅到smooth gride就停止了,命令行显示killed, Program PWSCF v.5.4.0 starts on 20Dec2017 at 8:28:54 中间省略了一大部分, number of k points= 418 gaussian smearing, width (Ry)= 0.0010 Number of k-points >= 100: set verbosity='high' to print them. Dense grid: 155879 G-vectors FFT dimensions: ( 81, 81, 48) Smooth grid: 39449 G-vectors FFT dimensions: ( 54, 54, 30) 实在是不知道原因所在了,希望能在这里获得帮助 |
