In section 2.1, the formulation is started with polar coordinates (axial, circumferential and
radial) and these directions are clearly defined in Fig.1. However, in Eq.(3) and in the
paragraph just after Eq.(3), authors introduced directions 1 as direction along fiber, and
direction 2 as direction perpendicular to the fiber. The word “fiber” is first mentioned after
Eq.(3) and associated directions are not described at all. The authors must clarify this as
well as the assumptions made about the material properties concerning isotropy.

The authors must clarify this as well as the assumptions made about the material properties concerning isotropy.让你描述“fiber”与相关的directions的关系，还有希望你必须要做一个isotropy材料性质的假设

前面有个clarify，要我讲清楚这个假设，但是前面我没做过这种材料性质的假设，何来说清楚一说呢？
