请问有做野外鱼类生态学发SCI论文要求给道德伦理委员会批准的吗

本人大三，跟导师做实验，然后老师说投一篇SCI。写完投给出版社然后给回来建议是加一个动物伦理条例（因为在野外钓鱼然后测的体内重金属元素）然后加完以后他回复了这个： Although a statement regarding guidelines followed for using animals in the study has been provided, a clear statement on ethical approval including the name of the ethics committee that approved the study along with the appropriate guidelines followed for using fish in the study should be provided in the manuscript.（虽然已经提供了关于在研究中使用动物所遵循的指导方针的声明，但应该在研究中提供关于道德批准的明确声明，包括批准该研究的道德委员会的名称以及在研究中使用鱼的适当指南手稿。） Research involving vertebrates (including their blood) that is reported in the manuscript must have been performed with the approval of an appropriate ethics committee. A statement to this effect must appear in the Methods section of the manuscript, including the name of the body which gave approval, with a reference number where appropriate.（在手稿中报告的涉及脊椎动物（包括他们的血液）的研究必须经过适当的道德委员会的批准才能进行。对此的声明必须出现在稿件的“方法”部分，包括批准的机构名称，并在适当的位置附上参考编号。） 但是在野外钓的鱼也不是实验动物所以学校的动物实验中心说也不可以开具证明。 所以想请教一下各位巨巨有没有遇见过相同的情况，然后是怎么解决的，谢谢！ |
