Information technologies such as image processing, Photonics, GIS and so on are becoming more and more important for rural development. All commercial crop & animals production systems are potential users for Intelligent Information Technology products. Many Intelligent Information Technology systems have been developed to help farmers, extension workers and administrators. Intelligent Information Technology will provide powerful means for the transformation of agriculture. Many countries established association or research centers for Information Technology in Agriculture. It is necessary for experts from developed and developing countries to exchange ideas. PIAGENG 2009 Papers will be published in SPIE Proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex ( 2009 年激光与图象在农业工程应用国际学术研讨会将由 国际光学工程学会出版,摘要投稿截止时间为 2009年4月 1日。 Topics of Conference Sessions, but not limit to Session 1: Image Processing in Agricultural Engineering Session 2: Photonics in Agricultural Engineering Session 3: GIS, GPS, RS in Agricultural Engineering Session 4: Wireless and Optical Communications in Agricultural Engineering Session 5: Agricultural Decision Support and Simulation System Session 6: Intelligent Monitoring and Control/ICT applications in Rural Area Session 7: Sensor Technology in Agricultural Engineering Session 8: Other related information technology in Agricultural Engineering All abstracts and manuscripts must be written in English. Firstly, abstracts should be submitted through the PIAGENG 2009 conference submisison Email site before abstract due date. All abstracts will be reviewed by Programm Committee Members. Applicants will be notified of abstract acceptance. Abstract submission System is as follows: piageng2009@gmail.com Before April 1, 2009 . All abstracts must be submitted on-line. Email submission will not be processed it The following is expected: name of authors, title of proposed paper, about five keywords, abstracts ( 200-300 words ). In case of several authors, the name for contact should be indicated. |
