1. 已获得国内外知名大学计算化学、计算生物、计算物理或相关领域的博士学位和博士后经历。
2. 具有突出计算化学，生物化学或催化的基础和经验，执行能力强。
3. 已发表过高质量学术文章，具有良好的英文阅读、写作能力，有编程经验优先。
4. 有积极上进心，工作认真踏实、耐心仔细，有团队合作精神和严格的科学精神。

待遇：
1. 研究教授序列人员的薪酬范围: 研究助理教授>27万，研究副教授>35万(基于能力、经验及表现调整）
2. 拥有良好先进的科研条件、浓厚的学术氛围；
3. 留学归国人员，符合孔雀计划人才条件的可获160-200万元的个人补贴；
4. 可作为负责人申请博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及省、市各级课题；

钟龙华博士，分别在2000和2006年获得香港科技大学一级荣誉学士和博士学位，师从吴云东院士，研究金属催化反应机理。2006年到京都大学福井謙一記念研究中心諸熊奎治(Morokuma Keiji)教授研究组，使用和发展多尺度模拟方法研究复杂体系，常与世界一流实验组合作。在国外期刊上已发表51篇 SCI篇论文【包括1篇Chem. Rev. 1篇Acc. Chem. Res. 14篇J. Am. Chem. Soc. ，1篇Wiley跨学科综述(IF > 14)，3篇Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.，4篇Chem. Sci.和4篇ACS Catal】和3篇Wiley书籍章节论文被ISI引用超1500余次(他引~1400，H-index: 21）。
