[求助] 请问大家有没有遇到过online forms not completed 情况。已有2人参与

最近收到杂志社邮件如下
   Our system indicates that the online form associated with your article is not completed yet. It is necessary for authors to complete these forms before the PDF Proof may be released to you for check, prior to publication. The forms are delivered through a URL link, via e-mail by our automated mailer. Please check your promotions folder, junk mail and adjust your spam filter to receive messages from addresses ending @springeronline.com.
   We hope to resolve this matter quickly and thank you for your assistance in avoiding further delay. Our production team will forward the e-proofs on your completion of the forms.
